For some of you 2011 is already here, but for the rest of us it’s just a matter of hours. I’d like to take this time to thank all the staff who stuck with us this past year while we went through all our admins going on hiatus and then losing 2 of them to real life. You guys are all troopers and thanks for having the patience to bear with not having your projects released. Thank You!!!

To all you leechers out there, 2011 means the return of Mayonaka ni Kiss, which hasn’t seen a release since 2009, Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri, and more. So to all, be safe, be smart, and we at Esthetique will see you all in the new year!

Happy Holidays everyone!! So if you’re celebrating Christmas, hopefully you’ve gotten all your shopping done. If not, I really feel for you. The craziness that ensues with last minute shopping, I don’t envy. Anyway, today I’m going to make just one chapter available to you. However, come back tomorrow and I’m going to give you another present. We will be completing another project tomorrow. Yay! I love completed projects!

Hi there and welcome to another Friday release!

So, I was going through some of the recent posts that I’ve found on some of our project pages and noticed that every week I have people asking for faster releases and asking when something is going to be released. Now I would like to remind everyone that we do this for fun and for your reading pleasure and ours when time permits. Most of the staff are in school like a lot of you and still have all manner of papers and tests to deal with. I don’t think you really want them to fail just so that you can get a quicker short lived manga high (well, maybe you do). ^^; So on that note, please refrain from asking those types of questions or better yet apply to help be an editor. We are in need of editors, since I’ve been spending all my time qcing chapters to get them out to you guys instead of editing.

Since I’ve said my peace about the multitudes of when is xxx going to be released, I’ll answer a few of the questions that I’ve found recently.

1. Q: When is Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri ch16 going to be released??? A: Probably not for a while since we haven’t released ch15 yet. Another group released ch15 and sorry, but we will release our version too. All the chapters are translated, but alas it is in need of an editor. Again, apply to be an editor and it will be released faster.

2. Q: Why won’t you release the next chapter of Lovely? A: Because some of us do have a life.  However, there’s no use getting your panties all in a bunch because this series is roughly 6 volumes (31 chapters total) and we haven’t been able to locate volumes 3-6. If anyone knows where to find raws for the remaining volumes drop us a line and I will be more than happy to speed this project up. Otherwise, after we release the rest of volume 2 it will go on hiatus until further notice.

3: Q: Have you dropped xxx project? A: If it’s not in the dropped section then no, we haven’t dropped that project. Apply to be an editor and it just might get out faster. (Hmm, I’ve said it 3 times now so maybe we’ll get some help?)

Okay, I think enough ranting and on to a project that we haven’t released since February. Well, we’ll see you all next week where I will have 2 days of releases with one day completing a project that we haven’t released a chapter from since August 2009. Can you guess which one it is?
