The URL for Chapter 04′s first DL link didn’t work, so I took Chapter 02′s link, substituted the number 4 for 2, and voila! It worked.
Also, FWIW, Chapter 03′s first DL link isn’t a one-click DL because its server location is not the same as the other first links. It seems to be DLing just fine, though.
I mentioned in my other comment a bit about my illness. I wanted to add that your set-up helps some of us disabled folks. The fewer clicks, the better. Mousing is painful for me and others with painful illnesses. Keyboarding, as you can tell from my chattiness, is not as bad.
