We began this project with volume 02 chapter 01 as a joint between Esthetique and Vampire Knights. (It’s actually chapter 1 and 2.) Esthetique picks up the rest starting with chapter 03.

Temptatious Taboo also released the entire first volume although it may be much more difficult to find. Like Katana said, I’d try the manga hosting sites first.
